General Website Overview
Our Main homepage uses one main top menu system. This allows you to contact us or login into your account. Once you have logged in, you can conduct various tasks, such as printing invoices or updating your payment details. All your details are secured over a 256bit SSL connection.
Logging into Your Account
To login to your account, simply select the Account option from the top menu. If you cannot remember your email address and password, simply use the password retrieval option, and a new password will be emailed to you. If you were never provided with a login for our website, then please use the email address and password you use to access your reseller account with the distributor that you signed up with.
Raising Tickets
It is very simple to raise a ticket. Simply email the address you see listed in the Message section from your registered account email. Your ticket will then be recorded on our systems for review by a member of our support team. We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 to 48hours. Updating Your Credit or Debit Card Details
If you only want to redirect your domain name for use with your new webstore, but keep every other setting, such as email pointing to another location, then you need to have access to your domain names DNS settings. Most web registrars have an online control panel that should allow you to access the DNS settings for your domain name, thus allowing you to change various settings.
- Log into your redbeckmedia account at www.redbeckmedia.co.uk
- Once logged in, click on the Webservice Manager link from the admin menu.
- Click on the red Update my card details option, and a drop down box will appear.
